One of four children, she attended St. Peter’s school at Pointe-à-Pierre and St. Francois Girls’ High School. In her early 20s, while Giselle was working at a local credit union, many of her friends and family encouraged her to enter the Miss World contest because they said she looked the part and had the personality. Giselle believed herself to be good-looking, but did not believe herself to be exceptionally gorgeous.

Her clients range from 30 years old to nearly 80, proving that wanting to improve your lifestyle has nothing to do with age. Linda said, “I think it’s great that women are ambitious in their health and lifestyle, both mentally and physically.
I am very interested in a healthy lifestyle and the impact it has on our lives, and of course, diet has a lot to say. Last but not least, mind control comes in handy. First and foremost, we need to work with our brains; everything else follows.”Linda says it is the little things she does every day that count the most, such as drinking two litres of water, maintaining a healthy diet, and a good skincare routine.“Most days, I meditate, go to the sauna, brush my skin, and then usually walk 10,000 steps in nature with my dogs. But this is far from perfect for me every day, I am human and do not always bother to do what is best for me in the long run.
I do not always make the best decision for myself, but then I just have to make the next best decision afterwards. You always have that choice. “I made a conscious decision to thrive, to be safe with myself and what I stand for and who I am. We should celebrate life, and focus on all the bright and beautiful things we have, who we are, and what lies ahead – and all that we can do to live the life we dream of.”Linda is 45 now, and she still looks graceful and evergreen.
